2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft., Könyves Kálmán körút 12–14, 1097 Budapest, Hungary. When you open the pages, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) is processed in server log files to ensure secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Orders and customer account
To process orders we process company name, contact person, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, VAT ID and the order data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you create a customer account, we store this data until the account is deleted.
4. VAT ID check
To check the conditions for an invoice without VAT (reverse charge), we transmit the VAT ID you provide to the European Commission's VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Payment with PayPal
When you pay via PayPal, the data required for the payment is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). PayPal's privacy policy also applies.
6. Shipping by our logistics partner
The goods are shipped directly to you by our supplier and logistics partner in the Netherlands. For this purpose we transmit name, company, delivery address and, where applicable, phone number, as well as the ordered items and print data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The logistics partner passes the delivery data to the carrier.
7. Invoicing and accounting
We create invoices with accounting and invoicing software that takes over order data from the shop. The data is processed to meet statutory retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
8. Quote requests
If you request a quote via the request form, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and store them in our customer management system.
9. Print data
We use uploaded print files exclusively to produce your order. They are deleted 12 months after delivery unless you want them kept longer for repeat orders.
10. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies required for the basket, checkout, customer account and the selected number of items per page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
11. Fonts
The fonts used are loaded from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is made.
12. Storage period
We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the respective purpose. We keep order and invoice data in accordance with commercial and tax law obligations (usually 10 years).
13. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please contact exhibit@exhibitsolutions.eu.
14. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for us: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.
